30-Day Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Exceptions for Cosmetics
Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic, beauty, or personal care products that have been opened, unsealed, or used. All cosmetics must remain in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

The decision to purchase and use any product is entirely up to the buyer. We highly encourage all customers to carefully read product descriptions, ingredient lists, and manufacturer instructions to determine if a product is right for their individual needs before making a purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
You can easily request a return directly through your customer account. Simply log in to your account on our website, navigate to your order history, select the item(s) you wish to return, and follow the on-screen prompts to open a return request.
Alternatively, you can start a return by contacting our customer service team with your order number and the details of the item. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing time.
