How the System Works
Step 1 – N1 Straightener: Applied to the hair and processed for the recommended time to soften and reshape the hair.
Thermal Setting: After the straightening cream is completely rinsed away, the hair is dried and straightened section by section using a suitable professional iron.
Step 2 – Neutralizer: The neutralizing cream is applied thoroughly to help fix the newly straightened structure before the final rinse.
Important Safety Information
This is a professional chemical hair-straightening treatment. Wear suitable gloves and follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully. Keep the straightening cream away from the scalp and avoid exceeding the recommended processing time. Do not use on severely damaged or unsuitable hair. A professional salon application is recommended.
Step 2 Neutralizer: Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Dimethicone, Behenyl Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Mineral Oil and conditioning ingredients.
2. Divide the hair into manageable sections.
3. Apply N1 Straightening Cream evenly through the hair, keeping approximately 1–2 cm away from the scalp.
4. Avoid pulling or applying unnecessary tension to the hair.
5. Allow the N1 cream to process at room temperature for approximately 10–20 minutes, according to the hair's condition and the manufacturer's instructions.
6. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until all of the straightening cream has been removed. Do not skip the intermediate rinse.
7. Towel-dry and then completely dry the hair.
8. Straighten the hair section by section with a suitable professional flat iron. The published system directions specify a temperature of 180°C or below.
9. Apply Step 2 Neutralizer evenly from roots to ends while keeping the hair straight.
10. Leave the neutralizer on for approximately 2–3 minutes, following the instructions supplied with the specific product.
11. Rinse thoroughly with water.
12. Dry and style as required.
Use a timer and do not exceed the manufacturer's stated processing time. Professional salon use is recommended.
