2. Gently massage until the gel is completely absorbed into the skin.
3. Vigorous rubbing is not required.
4. Reapply as needed, but **no more than 4 times daily**.
5. Wash hands after application unless the hands are the treated area.
6. Do not apply to broken, irritated or damaged skin.
7. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
8. Do not use together with heating pads or heating devices.
