2. Gently massage the balm into the skin until absorbed.
3. Use **2–3 times daily**, or follow the directions on the product packaging.
4. Wash hands after application unless the hands are the treated area.
5. Do not apply to broken, irritated, infected or damaged skin.
6. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
7. Do not use together with heating pads or heating devices.
8. For external use only.
