Ingredients

ENO Fruit Salt is an Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicine containing Svarjiksara (Shudh) and Nimbukamlam (Shushkam). Lemon-flavoured versions may also contain permitted flavouring, colour and/or sodium saccharin as indicated on the product label.

How to Use

1. Measure 5g (approximately one level teaspoon) of powder.
2. Add it to approximately 150ml of water.
3. Allow the powder to fizz and dissolve.
4. Drink the solution immediately.
5. If required, another dose may be taken after 2–3 hours.
6. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
