Ingredients

ENO Fruit Salt contains Svarjiksara (Shudh) and Nimbukamlam (Shushkam). Flavoured ENO products may also contain appropriate colour, flavour and/or sodium saccharine as indicated on the product label.

Directions for Use

1. Take one level teaspoon, approximately 5g, of ENO.
2. Add the powder to approximately 150ml of water.
3. Allow the solution to fizz and dissolve completely.
4. Drink immediately while still effervescent.
5. If required, another dose may be taken after 2–3 hours.
6. Maintain at least 2 hours between doses.
7. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose.
