Ingredients

ENO Fruit Salt is an Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicine containing Svarjiksara (Shudh) and Nimbukamlam (Shushkam). ENO flavours may additionally contain appropriate colour, flavour and/or sodium saccharin as indicated on the product label.

How to Use

1. Measure 5g (approximately one level teaspoonful) of ENO.
2. Add the powder to approximately 150ml of water.
3. Allow the powder to fizz and dissolve completely.
4. Drink the prepared solution immediately.
5. If required, repeat after 2–3 hours.
6. Maintain a minimum interval of 2 hours between doses.
7. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours.
