Ingredients

ENO Fruit Salt is an Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicine containing Svarjiksara (Shudh) and Nimbukamlam (Shushkam). ENO flavours may also contain appropriate colour, flavour and/or sodium saccharine where indicated on the product label.

Directions for Use

1. Measure 5g (approximately one level teaspoonful) of ENO.
2. Dissolve the powder in approximately 150ml of water.
3. Allow it to fizz and dissolve completely.
4. Drink the prepared solution.
5. If necessary, a further dose may be taken after 2–3 hours.
6. Leave at least 2 hours between doses.
7. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose.
