2. Remove the protective backing from the adhesive plaster.
3. Place one foot patch onto the adhesive area.
4. Apply the patch firmly to the sole of one foot.
5. Repeat with a second patch on the other foot.
6. Leave the patches on overnight, preferably for approximately 6–8 hours.
7. Remove the patches in the morning.
8. Wash the soles of your feet thoroughly with water.
9. Keep unused patches sealed in their original packaging.
10. Stop use if irritation, redness or an allergic reaction occurs.
