The system combines a thioglycolate-based N1 straightening cream with a No. 2 neutralizing cream to help reshape and set the hair into a smooth, straighter form.
Professional Thermal Straightening
N1 Straightener helps soften and reshape the hair during the chemical straightening process. After the straightening cream is thoroughly rinsed away, the hair is dried and thermally set using a professional flat iron. The No. 2 Neutralizer then helps fix the newly straightened structure.

The N1 formulation is designed for natural through sensitized hair. It can help reduce the appearance of unwanted waves, curls and frizz while improving smoothness, softness and manageability.

Important Safety Information
This is a professional chemical hair-straightening treatment. Wear suitable disposable gloves and carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions. Keep the straightening cream away from the scalp and do not exceed the recommended development time. Do not use on unsuitable or severely damaged hair. Professional salon application is recommended.
2. Divide the hair into manageable sections and wear suitable protective gloves.
3. Apply N1 Straightening Cream evenly through the hair, keeping approximately 1–2 cm away from the scalp.
4. Smooth the cream evenly through the lengths without unnecessary pulling or tension.
5. Allow the product to process at room temperature for approximately 10–20 minutes, depending on hair condition and resistance.
6. Rinse the N1 cream thoroughly with lukewarm water until completely removed, paying particular attention to the roots.
7. Towel-dry and blow-dry the hair completely.
8. Use a professional flat iron at **180°C / 356°F or below**, working in small sections. The published directions specify approximately 2 seconds per location.
9. Apply No. 2 Neutralizing Cream evenly over the entire hair from roots to ends.
10. Leave the neutralizer on for approximately 2–3 minutes while lightly combing/smoothing the hair.
11. Rinse thoroughly with water.
12. Dry and style as required.
