Shiseido Crystallizing Straight 1H + 2 is a professional thermal hair straightening system formulated for resistant to natural hair. The two-step system combines an H1 Straightening Cream with a No. 2 Neutralizing Cream to help reshape and set the hair into a smoother, straighter form.
Professional Thermal Straightening
The H1 straightening cream uses a thioglycolate-based straightening system to soften and reshape the hair. After the straightener is thoroughly rinsed away, the hair is thermally set with a professional flat iron before the neutralizer is applied.
For Resistant & Natural Hair
H1 is designed for resistant to natural hair types, including coarse, wavy, curly and difficult-to-straighten hair. It helps reduce unwanted curl, wave and frizz while improving smoothness and manageability.
Neutralizing Step
The No. 2 neutralizing cream is applied after thermal straightening to help fix the hair in its newly straightened shape. Shiseido Professional identifies its Crystallizing Straight neutralizer as a hydrogen-peroxide Agent 2 and highlights Polyquaternium-64 (Lipidure®) as a hair-repair ingredient.

Important Safety Information
This is a professional chemical hair-straightening treatment. Wear suitable gloves and follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully. Avoid scalp contact and do not exceed the recommended development time. The treatment should not be used on unsuitable or severely damaged hair. Professional salon application is recommended.
2. Divide the hair into manageable sections and wear suitable protective gloves.
3. Apply H1 Straightening Cream evenly through the hair, keeping approximately 1–2 cm away from the scalp.
4. Smooth the cream evenly through the lengths without unnecessary pulling or tension.
5. Allow the product to process at room temperature for approximately 10–20 minutes, depending on hair condition and resistance.
6. Rinse the H1 cream thoroughly with lukewarm water. Do not shampoo during this intermediate rinse.
7. Towel-dry and blow-dry the hair.
8. Use a professional flat iron at 180°C / 356°F or below, working in small sections to thermally set the straightened shape.
9. Apply No. 2 Neutralizing Cream thoroughly from roots to ends.
10. Leave the neutralizer on for approximately 2–3 minutes while lightly combing/smoothing the hair.
11. Rinse thoroughly with water.
12. Dry and style as required.
