2. Divide the hair into manageable sections and wear suitable protective gloves.
3. Apply H1 Straightening Cream evenly through the hair, keeping approximately 1–2 cm away from the scalp.
4. Do not pull or apply unnecessary tension to the hair during application.
5. Allow the cream to process at room temperature for approximately 10–20 minutes, adjusting according to hair type and condition.
6. Rinse the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until all straightening cream has been removed.
7. Blow-dry the hair completely.
8. Using a professional flat iron, straighten the hair in small sections according to the manufacturer's recommended temperature and technique.
9. Apply the Neutralizing Cream evenly from roots to ends.
10. Leave the neutralizer on for the recommended processing time, then rinse thoroughly.
11. Dry and style the hair as required.
