2. Gently massage into the skin until absorbed.
3. Adults and children over 12 years: apply to the affected area no more than 3–4 times daily.
4. Children under 12 years should consult a doctor before use.

6. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
7. Do not apply to wounds, broken, damaged or irritated skin.
8. Do not tightly bandage the treated area or use with a heating pad.
9. Test on a small area first, particularly if you have sensitive skin.
10. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation occurs, the condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days.
