Professional Permanent Straightening
The Creatine+ Straight system works as part of a professional chemical straightening service. The straightening cream helps soften and reshape the hair before the hair is rinsed, dried and thermally straightened. A dedicated Wella Straight Neutralizer is then used as the second step to help fix the newly straightened shape.
Conditioning Formula
Wella states that the Creatine+ range uses a combination of conditioning agents to help support hair elasticity, bounce and shine during permanent straightening services.

Important: The Straight Neutralizer is the required second step and is not included with the 200ml straightening cream unless specifically stated on the product packaging or listing.
The Straight Neutralizer is a separate product. Wella's published ingredient list includes Aqua/Water/Eau, Cetearyl Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ceteareth-25, Polyquaternium-6, Salicylic Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Disodium Phosphate, Disodium Pyrophosphate, Etidronic Acid and Sodium Stannate.
2. Wear suitable protective gloves and use non-metallic tools.
3. Apply Creatine+ Straight N to dry hair section by section, starting at the nape.
4. Keep approximately 5mm away from the scalp and avoid direct scalp contact.
5. Comb through once to ensure even saturation while keeping the hair straight.
6. Do not use heat or cover the hair during development.
7. Develop according to hair type: approximately 15 minutes for fine hair, 20 minutes for medium hair or 25 minutes for coarse hair.
8. Check the softening process with a strand test. Once the desired result is achieved, rinse the straightening cream thoroughly.
9. Gently press out excess moisture with a towel.
10. Blow-dry the hair straight using tension and a brush.
11. When completely dry, straighten in small sections using a ceramic straightening iron.
12. Apply Wella Straight Neutralizer evenly, using an amount equal to or slightly greater than the straightening cream used.
13. Comb the hair straight and allow the neutralizer to develop for 10 minutes.
14. Rinse thoroughly, then apply a suitable post-treatment or conditioner for 3–5 minutes and rinse again.
15. Style as desired.
